Origin Château Bruni
From a wine-making family, as his grandfather was one of the foundator of the Cave de Sauveterre, Bruno Cazautets represents the 5th generation at the head of the Château Bruni which owns more than 66ha. Aware of its impact on the environment, he follows since 2005, the “reasonned agriculture”,
A blend of grape varieties of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Traditional vinification followed by maceration during 3weeks. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
A remarkable wine, dark red almost black, forming a pretty red fruits bouquet. The powerful and fleshy and soft mouth, is based on supple and round tannins, and leaves a lingering smooth sensation. A superb potential.

Recommended serving temperature: 17 ° C (62,6 OF), aerate 4 hours in a carafe for an optimal expression. Château Bruni fully express itself accompanied by red meat, game and cheese.
